Every product is BIS certified - we test to stricter standards than what India requires. Each product page lists the exact age range, materials, and any safety notes. If you have specific concerns (allergies, developmental needs), message us before buying.

3-day no-questions returns from delivery date. Items must be in original packaging. We arrange for pickup within 24-72 hours and process refunds in 3-5 days after the item is picked up.
