Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

At LiLLBUD, every product is carefully curated and packed with love for your little one. Due to the nature of baby products and hygiene considerations, we follow a limited return policy, as outlined below.


Return Period

  • Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Shrink wrap, seals, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Invoice / order details must be provided.

Please note:

  • Products returned due to personal preference (change of mind, theme dislike, etc.) will incur a ₹100 reverse shipping charge, borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
  • Products purchased using BOGO / Buy-One-Get-One offers are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased from third-party marketplaces will follow the respective platform’s return policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A clear unboxing video showing:
    • The original sealed package
    • The product condition upon opening
  • Supporting photos, if required

Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted, as this helps us investigate and resolve issues fairly.

Once verified:

  • LiLLBUD will bear the reverse shipping cost.
  • You will be offered a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once approved:
    • We will arrange a pickup.
    • After quality verification at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • If a prepaid order is refused at delivery and returned to us, a ₹100 logistics & handling deduction will apply.

Refund Policy

Refund After Return

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Bank details will be requested.
  • Refunds may take 4–7 working days to reflect, depending on the bank.

Refund After Cancellation

  • Refund will be initiated once cancellation is confirmed.
  • Processing time: 4–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider.
