Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 days. Express shipping is available at checkout for next-day delivery in select pincodes.
Yes — if your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within the first 12–18 hours), we can cancel or modify it. WhatsApp us immediately with your order number and we'll do our best. Once shipped, we can arrange a return after delivery.
Every product is EN71 and BIS certified — we test to stricter standards than what India requires. Each product page lists the exact age range, materials, and any safety notes. If you have specific concerns (allergies, developmental needs), message us before buying.
Yes. Select "Gift wrap this order" at checkout and write a personalised message. Your order arrives in our signature kraft gift box with a handwritten card — no extra charge on orders above ₹999.
7-day no-questions returns from delivery date. Items must be in original packaging. We arrange free pickup and process refunds in 3–5 days. To start a return, WhatsApp us your order number and a photo of the item.
We're sorry — it's rare but we take it seriously. WhatsApp us a photo of the item with your order number and we'll dispatch a replacement or full refund the same day, no pickup required for damaged items.
