Care instructions:

• Take the bead chamber out first
• Silicone teether: wash with mild baby-safe soap and lukewarm water, and sterilise in a steam steriliser (top rack) or boiling water for 1–2 minutes
• Bead chamber: wipe with a damp cloth only; don't submerge, sterilise or boil it
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, and keep it away from heat and direct sunlight
• Check for cracks, chips, tears or loose parts before each use, and stop using it if you find any damage
• Never attach it to a cord or clip around your baby's neck

Can I boil or sterilise it?

Yes, once you take the bead chamber out. Sterilise the silicone teether in a steam steriliser or boiling water for 1–2 minutes. The bead chamber shouldn't go in water; wipe it with a damp cloth.

It feels heavier than other teethers. Is it OK at 4 months?

At 148 g it's one of our heavier teethers. Younger babies may need you to hold it at first, and most manage it on their own by around 6 months. Initially, you can separate out the bead chamber and use it simply as a teether.
