Yes, safety is our top priority. Every LiLLBUD toy is BIS-certified and carries the ISI mark required for toys sold in India. We use food-grade silicone, natural beechwood and other baby-safe materials. Each product page lists its certificate number and the age it's designed for. Always supervise play.

What is the timeline for delivery?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-7 days depending on your location. Enter your pin code on the product page to see the estimate for your area. You'll get a tracking link as soon as the order ships.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 72 hours of delivery if the product is unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Returns for a change of mind carry a ₹100 reverse-shipping charge. BOGO offer products can't be returned. See our refund policy for full details.

What if my order is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn't arrived 7 days after dispatch, or tracking says delivered but you don't have it, email info@lillbud.com or WhatsApp +91 9667279380 with your order number.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and your order number. We'll cover the return pickup and send a replacement or refund.
